Before submitting the required grant proposal, all applicants must submit a 1-2 page Letter of Intent describing the organization’s mission, the purpose of the project for which funds are being requested and the total amount requested. After the NCF receives the Letter of Intent, organizations will be notified if NCF wishes to receive a full proposal. An organization selected to receive a grant should be notified of the Foundation’s decision within six months of the Foundation’s receipt of the full grant proposal.
